Xochitl Torres Small is Under Secretary of Agriculture for Rural Development. She’s the principle adviser to the Secretary of Agriculture, and is responsible for oversight of the department’s rural development programs and policies. We pray that God will guide her as she works to improve our nation’s agricultural capabilities.
