President Announces Key Nominees

Administration seeks to fill roles in Labor, Commerce, Defense, and Treasury departments.

This past week, President Joe Biden announced his intent to nominate the following individuals for key positions:

  • Paloma Adams-Allen as Deputy Administrator for Management and Resources, United States Agency for International Development
  • Isobel Coleman as Deputy Administrator for Policy and Programming, United States Agency for International Development
  • Grant Harris as Assistant Secretary for Industry and Analysis, Department of Commerce
  • Neil MacBride as General Counsel, Department of the Treasury
  • Caral Spangler, Nominee for Assistant Secretary of the Army (Financial Management and Comptroller), Department of Defense
  • Julieta Valls Noyes as Assistant Secretary for Population, Refugees, and Migration, Department of State
  • David Weil as Wage and Hour Administrator, Department of Labor
