The Memphis Safe Task Force has been addressing rampant crime.
President Donald Trump is traveling from Palm Beach, Florida, to Memphis, Tennessee, for a roundtable to discuss the progress the Memphis Safe Task Force has made to increase public safety. The task force consists of 31 federal, state, and local agencies.
White House Spokesperson Liz Huston stated, “Under President Trump’s leadership, federal and state officials are working together successfully to remove criminals from the streets and make Memphis safe again.“
Tennessee Governor Bill Lee’s spokesperson said, “Every Memphian deserves to feel safe in their community, and the Memphis Safe Task Force is delivering remarkable results to enhance public safety.”
