Michael Chagares is the Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the 3^rdCircuit. His court has appellate jurisdiction in the districts of Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. We pray that God will guide him as he hears cases of appellate law in our country.
