President Seeks Continued Cooperation with France

Mutual communications are scheduled for the rest of the year.

President Joe Biden spoke to French President Emmanuel Macron on Friday to go over a variety of topics. The White House stated that both presidents look forward to their upcoming in-person meeting at the Group of 20 Summit next week, “where they will continue the conversation, take stock of the many areas of U.S.-France cooperation, and reinforce our shared interests and common values as we take on challenges and opportunities together.”

Vice President Harris will also be traveling to Paris in November to meet with President Macron and participate in a number of events. She is scheduled to deliver a speech at the fourth annual Paris Peace Forum and will visit the Suresnes American Cemetery for the U.S. Veterans Day and France’s Armistice Day.

As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…

  • For the leaders preparing for the upcoming Group 20 Summit in Paris.
  • That President Biden would work in the best interests of the U.S. as his administration cooperates with France.
  • For wisdom for Vice President Harris as she participates in international events.
