Federal Prosecutor Concludes DOJ Unmasking Probe

No wrongdoing found in the release of names by Obama Administration.

The Justice Department announced earlier this week that U.S. Attorney John Bash had found no evidence of wrongdoing from the Obama Administration’s investigation into the Trump campaign. The investigation has taken place since May of this year, seeking to determine if the instances of “unmasking” – the process of releasing the names of Americans caught in intelligence reports – were valid.

U.S. citizens’ names are required to remain classified by intelligence agencies but can be requested to be revealed if there is a good reason to do so. The list of unmasked individuals that the Obama administration requested from intelligence agencies was not found to be an improper use of federal power.

As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…

  • For the Justice Department to succeed in upholding the laws of the nation.
  • For President Trump’s administration to be used by God to protect Americans from tyranny.
  • That various government investigations would bring about justice and that the truth would prevail.
