The U.S. Senate is considering advancing the Clarity Act today. The legislation would establish new regulations for cryptocurrency and other digital assets.

The Senate Banking Committee approved the bill in May, but the measure languished through the summer. Banks and cryptocurrency firms have increased lobbying efforts surrounding some of its provisions. The legislation requires 60 votes to overcome the filibuster.
The House and Senate are both in session today, with numerous hearings being conducted by committees and subcommittees.
As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…
- For House Speaker Johnson and Senate Majority Leader Thune as they set floor votes in their respective chambers.
- For discernment for President Trump and members of his administration as they evaluate policy goals.
- For governing officials in each branch and every level to seek God’s guidance as they propose solutions to issues facing the nation.
