Federal Judge Upholds Minnesota Vote Counting Extention

Appeal of court decision planned.

On Monday, U.S. District Court Judge Nancy Brasel upheld Minnesota’s decision to extend the amount of time absentee ballots could be counted after election day. Those challenging the extension did so on the grounds that it would lead to voter fraud. Judge Brasel countered that state Representative Eric Lucero didn’t have the proper standing to bring their motion.

Judge Brasel also stated that the efforts of the lawmakers opposed to the extension would create confusion among the electorate. She said, “This is a difficult genie to put back in the lamp.” Attorneys for those against extending the count said that they would be appealing the decision as the November 3rd election draws near.

As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…

  • For God to use the Federal Court system to uphold the laws of the land.
  • For God to guide the American people on who best to vote for in the upcoming election.
  • That God would lead President Trump’s administration to appoint judges that will honor the Lord and bring justice.
