VERSE OF THE WEEK
Oh, magnify the Lord with me and let us exalt his name together! — Psalm 34:3
Magnify God
As you observe the increasing unrest and division in this nation and the world, you may be tempted to wonder sometimes what is going on and why evil seems to so often prevail. The Scriptures outline that the Lord Jesus will return, but only God the Father knows the timing. In the meantime, Jesus wants you to keep Him at the forefront of your life. As you keep your focus on Christ, magnifying Him with thanksgiving, “the things of Earth will grow strangely dim.” Remember all the ways the Lord has healed, delivered, or provided for you. And know that God is at work, as you wait for answers to current prayers. His Master Plan is for the redemption of humankind, and there is global evidence that this is happening. Praise His glorious name!
