Pray for America’s Military
The Pentagon is making improvements at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station to protect against small drones. The Joint Interagency Task Force 401 will make the upgrades to counter the drones. Space Force Colonel Brian Chatman said at the annual Air, Space, and Cyber Conference, “We’re going to see an injection of new capability here in the very short term from JIATF 401, based on the latest and greatest in technology that’s out there.”
Pray for Colonel Chatman and Space Force personnel as they increase U.S. spaceport protections and technology against the threat of small drones.
Pray for America’s Foreign Relations
Ukraine attacked Russia’s Gazpromneft-Moscow Oil Refinery this week using its long-range FP-5 Flamingo cruise missile, the new Pelican ballistic missile, and over 1,000 drones. “Our long-range responses had a very significant impact in the Moscow region,” Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated. “One of Russia’s key oil industry facilities and the aggressor’s logistics facility were hit.”
Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni of Italy proposed a measure for her government to cap the number of foreign students in classrooms and prohibit students from wearing burqas and niqabs at school. The measure would also require Italian language lessons for the parents of foreign students who have “serious difficulties integrating into the school system.” She stated, “Anyone who comes to Italy and wants to build their future here must learn our language, understand our culture, and respect our rules.”

Pray for AMERICA’S HEALTH AND WELL-BEING
Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. hosts the Real Food Show, available on the federal department’s website, to highlight how to make healthy, affordable cooking simple and accessible for every American. The department explained, “Every episode is packed with affordable, budget-friendly recipes and easy cooking techniques designed to save you time and money.” The secretary recently teamed with former Army Master Sergeant and White House Chef Andre Rush to make a protein-packed Healthy Crunch Wrap and Chocolate Pistachio Banana “Nice” Cream.
Pray for Secretary Kennedy and U.S. health officials as they seek to educate Americans on healthy and affordable food options, and how to cook and prepare them.
Pray for Needs Across the States
Mississippi Governor Tate Reeves signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) that partners his state’s Forestry Commission with the Department of Agriculture’s Forest Service, the Natural Resources Conservation Service, and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to expand active forest management. Governor Reeves said, “This agreement allows state and federal agencies to work more efficiently across ownership boundaries to improve forest health, reduce wildfire risk, support private landowners, and strengthen Mississippi’s timber economy.”
South Dakota Governor Larry Rhoden urged Congress to pass a new farm bill, specifically supporting the year-round E15 fuel provision in the Senate’s legislation. “For the benefit of the future of the farmers, especially in South Dakota, part of that farm bill that I’ve been watching very closely is year-round E15, very crucial for South Dakota and our farm economy,” Governor Rhoden said. “That would be tremendous for our producers in South Dakota.”
Pray for state governors, attorneys general, secretaries of state, and legislators as they address the risk of wildfires and encourage federal officials to take action to pass the Farm Bill to support farmers and ranchers.
