The Supreme Court continues to release decisions on cases the justices have heard in this current term. They are holding another conference today.
The high court reversed an appellate court ruling this week that had revived a case challenging a policy on immigration judges’ speaking engagements.
The justices upheld the district judge’s dismissal of the suit that challenged the requirement for immigration judges to obtain prior approval before giving official presentations at conferences or trainings dealing with immigration.
