Additional National Prayer Needs
Pray for America’s Military
A group of F-16 Vipers from the South Carolina Air National Guard’s 169th Fighter Wing is part of the buildup of the U.S. military presence in the Middle East. These Vipers carry a new electronic warfare system, called the Angry Kitten, that helps defend against anti-air threats. A U.S. Air Force tanker force has also been deployed to Lajes on the island of Terceira in the Azores.
Pray for President Trump, Secretary Hegseth, and U.S. military commanders as they make decisions regarding Iran and the threat presented by its pursuit of nuclear weapons.
Pray for America’s Foreign Relations
Americans were told to shelter in place in certain states in Mexico as Cártel de Jalisco Nueva Generación (CJNG) members erupted in violent criminal actions, such as random shootings and burning cars and property, after a Mexican military raid killed the cartel’s co-founder, El Mencho. The Mexican special forces then eliminated El Mencho’s right-hand man, El Tuli, who was reportedly the mastermind behind the terrorist reaction to the death of the cartel boss.
Panamanian authorities threatened to criminally prosecute the employees of a Hong Kong conglomerate if they refused to follow orders to leave two strategic ports near the Panama Canal. Panama’s Supreme Court ruling canceled port contracts for the Balboa and Cristobal terminals. China has called the termination of the contracts and the removal of the conglomerate’s employees “unlawful.” Eliminating control of the canal from China has been one of the goals of President Trump’s agenda.
Pray for the president and U.S. officials as they meet with foreign ministers and heads of state to negotiate peace.
Pray for AMERICA’S HEALTH AND WELL-BEING
Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., said that the updated food pyramid will not only improve Americans’ health, but it will help the farm industry. He said, “There is tremendous support within the farm community for the new food pyramid. They see it as a clear path to producing healthy, real food for Americans—food that nourishes families, improves the soil on their farms, and improves their own health.” The health secretary added, “We are laser focused on making REAL whole food available for every American family at prices they can afford.”
Pray for Secretary Kennedy, Commissioner Makary, and U.S. health officials as they seek to ensure the quality and safety of foods available in the nation.
Pray for Needs Across the States
Several state legislatures have either passed or are considering prolife bills that would stop mail-order abortions. There are now 22 states that have joined a lawsuit challenging the 2023 FDA expansion of access to abortion drugs through mail and telehealth, regardless of state laws restricting it. And Governor Jenniffer González of the U.S. territory of Puerto Rico signed legislation this month that recognizes unborn babies as human beings.
The Kansas legislature has overridden Governor Laura Kelly’s veto of legislation that requires multi-occupancy private spaces in public buildings to be separated by sex rather than gender identity. The law applies to restrooms, locker rooms, changing rooms, and shower facilities, and also defines “gender” in the state as a person’s biological sex, requiring identification such as driver’s licenses and birth certificates to reflect a person’s sex.
Pray for state governors and legislators as they seek to protect life and biological realities.
Pray for America’s Faith Community
“There is something within the human spirit that draws us to link our lives now to memories past—significant places and events that were altogether life-changing. We see this in makeshift memorials along the roadside and statues in the park, each in its own way, evidence of something profound. Perhaps there is a degree or a photograph on your office wall, and you see locked within its frame a testament to the sacrifice, effort, and discipline you once invested. … Milestones and memorials provoke a retelling of a story to each generation (Joshua 4:7). Is that not true of our Christian experience as well? Where were you first introduced to Christ? When did He become your Savior? Are there scriptures that fundamentally altered your thinking? Has He led you through manifold trials? Mark each spot in your memory. Commemorate them as a testament to God’s greatness and power. God tells us to remember for a reason. Like Joshua, we need stones of remembrance so that, in retelling our stories to our children and children’s children, God might be glorified. “ – Pastor Jack Hibbs, Real Life, February 2026
