Today, the Senate will hold an executive session for a final confirmation vote on President Donald Trump’s nominee for Secretary of the Department of Education, Linda McMahon.
The members of the Senate will then hold a legislative session to invoke cloture on the Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act. This will prepare the upper chamber for a vote on the legislation, which has already passed in the House of Representatives.
