Chief Judge Albert Diaz, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit

Albert Diaz is the Chief Circuit Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4^th Circuit. He is a former State Superior Court Judge, as well as a former Appellate Judge for the Navy-Marine Corps Court of Criminal Appeals. We pray that God will guide him as he hears cases of appellate law in our country.
