Unashamed
Hundreds of thousands of students across the nation participated in the “Bring Your Bible to School Day” last week. There are no statistics for this year yet, but a year ago more than 877,000 students took part, and over 40,000 schools were represented. By carrying their own copy of the Word of God to school, they are often given the opportunity to share with others what the Scriptures—and what Jesus—means to them. They are unashamed of the Gospel at a time when cultural values have declined in America. But there is evidence that there is a strong hunger for the Truth of God. Pray for these young people to remain strong in the power of God and His Word.
