House Committee Schedules First Impeachment Hearing

Members prepare questions about President Biden’s past business dealings.

The House Oversight Committee announced that they have scheduled the first impeachment hearing for President Joe Biden for September 28.

Chair of the committee, Representative James Comer of Kentucky, said that the hearing will be a refresher on the information other House committees have collected about President Biden’s past business dealings. A committee spokesperson said the committee will focus on “constitutional and legal questions surrounding the president’s involvement in corruption and abuse of public office.”

Once the details are finalized, the committee plans to issue a subpoena for both President Biden’s and Hunter Biden’s personal bank records.

“The Oversight Committee will continue to follow the evidence and money trail to provide the transparency and accountability that Americans demand from their government,” the spokesperson said.

As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…

  • For Chairman Comer to seek God’s direction as he heads the impeachment inquiry.
  • For committee members to look for the truth as they investigate the alleged corruption by the president and his son.
  • That President Biden and the first family would cooperate with the inquiry transparently.
