You Are Not Alone
The television program “Ancient Aliens” begins by saying, “You are not alone. You have never been alone.” What truth there is in that, and not because of the alien beings coming from the stars or faraway planets, but because of the very presence of God Himself (Psalm 139:7, Jeremiah 23:23, 1 Timothy 6:16). In addition, there are indeed supernatural beings who exist in this world and beyond it. They are beautiful beyond imagination, intelligent, powerful, traveling unimpeded through time and space. And occasionally, you may encounter one in a situation where they make themselves known, but mostly they are invisible to your human eyes. They are angels—God’s “secret agents,” Billy Graham called them. They minister to you, and they praise God continually. So, when you begin decorating your home for Christmas, acknowledge that God has provided them for you, warriors who protect you and guard you in all your ways.
