Four deliveries of Kendamil were made over Labor Day weekend.
Four more flights for Operation Fly Formula transported 101,335 pounds of Kendamil EU Organic First Infant Milk Stage 1 to New York from September 1 to 5. The formula has been transported to Target stores across the nation and made available for purchase.
“Kendamil plans to export approximately 58 million 8-ounce bottle equivalents to the U.S. market under Operation Fly Formula,” the White House reported. “By September 5, Operation Fly Formula will have transported more than 85 million 8-ounce bottle equivalents to the U.S.”
Operation Fly Formula is a collaborative effort between the Department of Health and Human Services, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the General Services Administration, and the Department of Defense.
