VP Responds to Upstate NY Shooting

Says that racial violence harms everyone in the nation.

Vice President Kamala Harris responded on Sunday to the racially-motivated shooting in Buffalo, New York. An armed 18-year-old white man shot and killed 10 people at a supermarket in the minority neighborhood of Kingsley, publishing a detailed manifesto beforehand about a false plan by the political left to replace white people with minorities. The perpetrator live-streamed on social media as he carried out his attack.

“Racially-motivated hate crimes or acts of violent extremism are harms against all of us,” Vice President Harris stated. “Law enforcement is proceeding with its investigation, but what is clear is that we are seeing an epidemic of hate across our country that has been evidenced by acts of violence and intolerance.”

As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…

  • For God’s comfort for the families and loved ones of those who lost their lives in the shooting this past weekend.
  • For the president and his administration to seek the heart of God as they work to prevent violence.
  • For God’s purposes to be accomplished through the actions of the U.S. federal government.
