Benjamin Friedman is Deputy Under Secretary for Operations at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. He oversees day-to-day operations, research, and coastal and marine stewardship. We pray that God will guide him as he works to preserve and maintain our nation’s aquatic life.
