Turn the Page
Many would agree that 2021 has been a challenging year. The COVID pandemic changed plans and goals; some were very sick and many died. The government has tried various strategies as officials endeavor to gain control of a virus that mutates and adapts to new strains in order to keep infecting unsuspecting and often otherwise healthy people. Fatigue can cause people to become grumpy and even those who follow Christ have been tempted to lose their joy. As the time to turn the page to a new year approaches, people will make resolutions that they won’t keep for very long. Perhaps you are praying for a more purposeful and peaceful life. To assure an improvement in your attitude and a new refreshing outlook, keep your Bible handy. Read it. Share what you learn with others. Meet with the Lord Jesus every day in your prayers and commit to deeper worship. Stay in relationship with the Father. Listen to the urges of the Holy Spirit. Keep current with your giving. The Godhead is with you all the way!
