2020 Election Sees Record Turn Out

62% of eligible voters cast their ballot this year.

Amid the worst health crisis in the nation since the Spanish flu, and racial and law enforcement protests taking place around the country, this year’s election saw the highest voter turn out since 1968. As of Sunday, 62% of eligible adults voted in this year’s election. In total, 148 million votes have been counted so far, with former Vice President Joe Biden projected to be in the lead.

Votes are still being tabulated across the country, causing President Trump to not yet conceded the presidency as his legal teams challenge various ballots in key battleground states. Once votes are completely counted, the expected turnout is anticipated to be the highest since women were given the right to vote at the start of the 20th century.

As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…

  • That the will of the people would not be infringed upon by corruption or fraud.
  • For God’s will to be accomplished in the outcome of the election results.
