NASA Announces New Space Partners

Partnerships will develop new space technologies.

On Thursday, NASA announced that it had determined the organizations that it would be partnering with over the next few years to develop new technologies that will launch the nation back to the Moon and on to Mars. A total of 14 American companies including SpaceX, Lockheed Marten, and United Launch Alliance will receive federal grants totaling over $370 million.

NASA’s program has been given the title “Artemis” and it aims to bring the nation’s astronauts back to the Moon by 2024, and on to the surface of Mars by the 2030s. “The majority of the funding will help mature cryogenic fluid management technologies via in-space demonstrations,” NASA explained – laying out that the future of space travel relied on the discovery of means to create rocket fuel on the Moon.

As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…

  • That God would lead NASA to the best technologies to expand knowledge of the universe.
  • For the Lord to lead the president’s administration as they seek to increase scientific knowledge.
  • That God would help the chosen companies to work in tandem with NASA effectively.
