House Judiciary Committee to Hear Whistleblower Complaints

Concerns expressed of politicization of the Justice Department.

The House Judiciary Committee announced on Tuesday that it would be hearing from whistleblowers from within the Justice Department about how President Trump and Attorney General Barr had brought about “unprecedented politicization of the department.“ Chairman Nadler stated that the hearings were in part due to the fact that AG Barr had refused to appear before the committee.

“Barr has taken every opportunity to avoid oversight by the committee,” Nadler said in a statement. He went on to describe such behavior as unacceptable for a federal department. The Justice Department stated that due to President Trump’s COVID-19 restrictions, AG Barr would be unable to appear before the committee. Congress has suggested slashing the budget of the AG’s personal office by $50 million.

As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…

  • For AG Barr to be used by God to lead the Justice Department in a way that brings healing to our nation.
  • For the House Judiciary Committee to be led by God to provide oversight of the Justice Department.
  • For God to lead Chairman Nadler to the proper questions to ask the whistleblowers.
