“Therefore, I want the men everywhere to pray, lifting up holy hands without anger or disputing.” – 1 Timothy 2:8
Dear Father, there are days when I spend too much time with the news media or engaged with friends or coworkers over events that make me angry. I know that anger gets in the way of my prayers. Forgive me, and remind me that, even in the worst of circumstances, You are still in control.
