The president delievered pizza and burgers while speaking with service men and women.
President Donald Trump visited a U.S. Park Police facility in Washington, D.C., where he thanked members of the Federal Bureau of Investiation and the National Guard for patrolling the city streets on his behalf. During his brief speech, President Trump promised that D.C. will be “maxxed out in terms of beauty” in the next six months, sharing plans to clean graffiti and repair park grass
“You’re incredible people. You make the country run, frankly,” President Trump said.
President Trump had announced earlier that day that he would patrol Washington, D.C. along with federal agents, but due to conflict with his schedule, the plan was alterned. President Trump did hand out hamburgers and pizza while at the Park Police facility.
