President Donald Trump is splitting his time in Scotland between his two golf resorts. He is preparing to meet with Prime Minister Keir Starmer tomorrow to discuss the trade agreement made in the spring.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said the two leaders would “refine the great trade deal that was brokered between the United States and the United Kingdom.”

The United States and the United Kingdom announced the trade deal in May. At the time, President Trump said, “The deal includes billions of dollars of increased market access for American exports, especially in agriculture, dramatically increasing access for American beef, ethanol, and virtually all of the products produced by our great farmers.”

The president added, “The UK will reduce or eliminate numerous non-tariff barriers that unfairly discriminated against American products.”

As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…

  • For President Trump to seek the Lord’s guidance as he visits Scotland and prepares to discuss trade with the UK prime minister.
  • For God to lead Deputy Secretary of State for Management and Resources Michael Rigas as he meets with South Korean and Philippine ministers.
  • For the president’s trade team as they discuss potential deals with international counterparts ahead of tariff deadlines.
