Secretary of State Marco Rubio and U.S. Ambassador to NATO Matt Whitaker are in Brussels, Belgium, for the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Foreign Ministers Meeting.

“President Trump’s made clear he supports NATO,” Secretary Rubio said at the beginning of the meeting. He affirmed the U.S. will remain in NATO.

“Under President Trump’s leadership, NATO will be stronger and more effective than ever before, and I believe that a robust NATO can continue to serve as a bedrock of peace and prosperity,” Ambassador Whitaker stated. “NATO’s vitality rests on every ally doing their fair share.”

As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…

  • For the secretary of state and U.S. ambassador to NATO as they engage with international ministers.
  • For Secretary Rubio to receive God’s wisdom as he discusses the need for NATO members to increase defense contributions.
  • For President Trump to be led by the Lord as he sets foreign policy priorities.
