In the News…

Congressman Abe Hamadeh of Arizona has drafted articles of impeachment against District Judge Sparkle Sooknanan after she blocked the Department of Homeland Security’s revised Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) system.

Representative Hamadeh stated that the judge exceeded her constitutional authority by halting the use of the voter verification database. He called Judge Sooknanan’s block of the “common-sense effort to verify the citizenship of those who want to vote in our elections” an “egregious” overreach.

Congressman Hamadeh explained, “It was a blatant and unlawful subversion of the President’s executive authority and a direct assault on election integrity. Judges who weaponize their bench to interfere with the President’s constitutional duties must be held accountable.”
