Deputy Secretary of State Christopher Landau is traveling to Singapore, Vietnam, and Indonesia on his first official trip in his current role.

State Department Spokesperson Tommy Pigott said, “In Singapore, Deputy Secretary Landau will meet with senior Singaporean officials and reiterate U.S. commitment to regional security and mutually beneficial economic cooperation.“
Spokesman Pigott explained that, in Vietnam, the deputy secretary would “deliver remarks at the ASEAN Future Forum and engage with senior government officials and business leaders to discuss opportunities to advance economic and security cooperation under the U.S.-Vietnam Comprehensive Strategic Partnership. Finally, Deputy Secretary Landau will travel to Indonesia to deepen bilateral economic cooperation and discuss how increased U.S. business investment can drive mutual prosperity and support both countries’ economic priorities.“
As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…
- For discernment for Deputy Secretary Landau as he engages in discussions with Asian officials.
- For Secretary Rubio and U.S. diplomats to be led by the Lord in their engagements with foreign ministers.
- For President Trump to seek God’s wisdom as he sets foreign and domestic policies.
