Coordinated Strikes from U.S. and Israel in Iran early Saturday morning
UPDATE 11:45 AM EST
Updated reports now show that Iran has launched missile strikes into Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Iraq, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Israel, marking an unusually broad and region‑wide retaliatory attack.
Saudi Arabia and Qatar, along with Kuwait, Bahrain, and the UAE, have strongly condemned the strikes, calling them clear violations of their sovereignty and national security.
UPDATE 11:00 AM EST
In the early hours of Saturday, U.S. and Israeli forces launched major coordinated strikes against Iranian military and leadership targets, marking a dramatic escalation in long‑tense relations. Reports indicate that targets included intelligence headquarters, strategic defense systems, and areas connected to Iran’s top leadership.
Explosions were reported across Tehran and other cities such as Isfahan, Qom, and Karaj. Satellite imagery shows significant damage to sites connected to Iran’s Supreme Leader. Iranian officials later stated that both Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and President Masoud Pezeshkian remain alive and reports suggest Khamenei was moved to a secure location.
Iran retaliated quickly, launching missiles and drones toward Israel and multiple U.S. military bases across Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, and the UAE. Explosions were reported in several of these regions. One person was reported to be killed in the UAE by shrapnel, and airspace restrictions spread across the Gulf.
Sirens sounded across Israel as defensive systems intercepted waves of incoming fire. Israeli leadership confirmed they were operating under a nationwide state of emergency.
UPDATE 10:00 AM EST
This morning, President Donald Trump addressed the nation regarding the unfolding military conflict with Iran, about the gravity of the moment and the actions now underway. Speaking with urgency, he confirmed that the United States has begun “major combat operations in Iran” aimed at confronting an imminent threat to American lives and global stability.
The President emphasized that these operations are intended “to defend the American people by eliminating imminent threats from the Iranian regime,” which he repeatedly described as violent, destabilizing, and deeply hostile toward the United States and its allies. He also noted that Iran is “the world’s number one state sponsor of terror” and has “killed tens of thousands of its own citizens” as they protested against the regime, underscoring the severity and brutality of its internal repression.
In his remarks, the President pledged strong and decisive action, declaring that America would “destroy their missiles” and ensure that Iran does not obtain a nuclear weapon.
He explained that his “administration has taken every possible step to minimize the risk to U.S. personnel in the region.” He went on to warn that “the Iranian regime seeks to kill,” acknowledging the sobering reality that “the lives of courageous American heroes may be lost and we may have casualties, that often happens in war, but we are doing this, not for now, we’re doing this for the future.”
The President then turned to a solemn appeal for the nation to lift its defenders in prayer, urging Americans to pray for “every service member as they selflessly risk their lives to ensure that Americans and our children will never be threatened by a nuclear‑armed Iran.” He added, “We ask God to protect all of our heroes in harm’s way.”

As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…
- For protection over U.S. military members serving abroad.
- For peace, stability, and the preservation of innocent life in every nation involved.
- For President Trump and key leaders to have wisdom and restraint as they oversee this operation.
