First Lady Melania Trump is going to Baton Rouge, Louisiana, today to commemorate the endowment from Louisiana State University (LSU) for her Fostering the Future initiative.
The White House announced, “First Lady Melania Trump and Louisiana State University (LSU) have secured $5 million to establish a permanent endowment fund supporting FOSTERING THE FUTURE scholarships for LSU students who experienced foster care.”
The White House continued, “During her visit, Mrs. Trump will attend the highly anticipated LSU Tigers versus Alabama Crimson Tide football game at Tiger Stadium, where a groundbreaking Fostering the Future campaign will activate across the campus and on the field.”
