Mrs. Trump’s new initiative is focused on supporting female CEOs and C-suite executives.
First Lady Melania Trump rang the ceremonial bell at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) in honor of the launch of her new initiative for women CEOs, IMPERIA. Designed for female CEOs and other top female C-suite executives, Mrs. Trump’s initiative seeks to provide a network for women and encourages them to take ownership of their intellectual property and economic aspirations. IMPERIA also encourages women to pursue ownership of equity, real estate, capital, and investment assets, as well as invest in other women.
Mrs. Trump spoke at the NYSE, stating, “For generations, women fought for a seat at the table. The next chapter is about owning, growing and making space for the women who come next… People still do not fully understand the full scale of women’s power in the global economy.”
The first lady also encouraged women leaders, challenging them to “move beyond mentorship and toward ownership. Do not simply advise other women. Invest in them.”
