Today we do not look past what happened 25 years ago. We stop here with you.
On this anniversary of September 11, 2001, we remember the lives taken, the families still aching, and the friends who continue to carry an empty place that time has not erased. This is a day for grief as well as remembrance. You do not have to hurry past it.

Lord, we lift those who still mourn—the widows and widowers, the children who grew up without a parent, the parents who buried a son or daughter, the first responders, and all whose lives were forever changed. Wrap them in Your comfort. Give them strength for this day. Heal what still hurts. Thank You that You were not absent then, and that You have not left them now. Hold them close. In Jesus’ name, Amen. |
With only 52 days remaining until another election, this is the time to pray and prepare. The new Voter Prayer Guide is now available at [PrayTheVote.org]: Your guide to navigating midterm election season through powerful prayer. You can view it online, download the PDF and share it, or read it on your tablet, phone, or e-reader.
Please mark your calendar for next weekend, September 18–20, for our Online Town Hall. It is our time to say “thank you” and honor the people who made The Presidential Prayer Team possible — you, and the millions who have stood with you in prayer for America. There is still time to record a short prayer of thanksgiving. It takes only a few minutes. Easy instructions are available on your device [RECORD HERE], or you may call 1-844-829-2022.
Thank you for praying with us.
