President Donald Trump will be at the 2026 NBA Finals Game 3 between the New York Knicks and the San Antonio Spurs tonight at Madison Square Garden.
President Trump said he had accepted an invitation from the Knicks’ owner to attend the game, and suggested he might go to Game 4 as well.
This is the first time a sitting president has attended the NBA Finals. Prior to his involvement in politics, President Trump attended Knicks games semi-regularly over many years as a resident of New York City.
