Concerns have arisen over the length of time it takes the state to count ballots.
United States Attorney for the Central District of California Bill Essayli announced that his office is partnering with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) on multiple election fraud investigations. He said he is also working with Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon “to conduct a comprehensive audit of California’s voter rolls.”
“Protecting the integrity of California’s elections is a top priority for my office. California’s election system has serious structural vulnerabilities,” U.S. Attorney Essayli stated via social media. “Universal vote-by-mail with no voter ID requirements creates conditions where fraud can go undetected and unpunished, eroding public confidence.”
The U.S. attorney said, “We will follow the evidence wherever it leads and prosecute any violations of federal election law to the fullest extent.“ He added that the state has “stonewalled every effort to verify that only eligible U.S. citizens are registered to vote.“
As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…
- For U.S. Attorney Essayli to be prudent as he works to protect election integrity.
- For Assistant Attorney General Dhillon as she seeks to ensure only U.S. citizens cast votes in elections under federal law.
- For Director Patel and FBI officials as they partner to investigate election security and compliance with federal laws.
