The Farm Service Agency will begin accepting Stage Two applications on Monday.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) announced that it is accepting applications as of November 24 for stage two of its Supplemental Disaster Relief Program (SDRP) to provide assistance to farmers who experienced crop losses following natural disasters in 2023 and 2024. Stage Two covers eligible crop, tree, bush, and vine losses that were ineligible for coverage under Stage One of the plan.
Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins stated, “President Trump continues to put Farmers First and provide relief to American farms reeling from the devastating natural disasters that struck across the United States in 2023 and 2024. The continued financial success of our farming and ranching operations is a national security priority.”
Farmers will have until April 30, 2026, to apply for assistance under Stage One and Stage Two to invest in next year’s crop.
As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…
- For Secretary Rollins as the USDA determines the distribution of assistance funds to farmers across the U.S.
- For wisdom for President Trump as he continues to oversee disaster relief efforts for farmers.
- For God’s protection and blessing over the nation’s farmers and the crops that they grow to feed the nation.
