First Lady Melania Trump and Second Lady Usha Vance are traveling to Camp LeJeune, North Carolina, today.

The first and second ladies are visiting the military installation to show appreciation to military families during the holiday season. Mrs. Trump and Mrs. Vance will engage in educational activities with students on the base, and then speak to service members and their families at a base hangar.

The House Judiciary Committee’s Subcommittee on the Constitution and Limited Government, chaired by Representative Chip Roy of Texas, is holding a hearing entitled “Enumeration or Estimation: Why Inaccurate Census Results Hurt American Citizens.”

The House Education and Workforce Committee’s Subcommittee on Workforce Protections, chaired by Representative Ryan MacKenzie of Pennsylvania, is holding a hearing on “E-Verify: Ensuring Lawful Employment in America.”
