President Donald Trump is meeting with Argentinian President Javier Milei at the White House today.
The two presidents, who met on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly last month, will discuss potential economic partnerships between the United States and Argentina. President Trump will consider a credit line swap to assist President Milei.
The World Bank, which is holding its annual meeting with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in Washington, D.C., this week, has pledged support to Argentina as well. The managing director of the IMF said during the General Assembly that Argentina was “moving in the right direction.“
