After a meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Tuesday, President Donald Trump stated that he believes Ukraine can win back all its territories lost to Russia with help from NATO military forces.
“I think Ukraine, with the support of the European Union, is in a position to fight and WIN all of Ukraine back in its original form,” President Trump wrote on social media. “With time, patience, and the financial support of Europe and, in particular, NATO, the original Borders from where this War started, is very much an option.”
President Trump also responded to the recent and increasing incursions of Russia into NATO members’ airspace, stating that the European countries should shoot down the Russian aircraft.
