Today, Vice President JD Vance is visiting La Crosse, Wisconsin. He will speak at a steel fabrication facility about President Trump’s One Big Beautiful Bill.
The vice president will highlight the benefits of the president’s megabill, including the “tax cuts it delivered for working families and businesses.”
Vice President Vance also recently addressed President Trump’s efforts to increase public safety and reduce crime in Washington, D.C., under the Home Rule Act. “Allowing vagrants and armed robberies to take over your city — that’s a policy choice. What President Trump is showing is that if you just empower local law enforcement to arrest and prosecute the bad guys, we can take back American streets.”
