Today, the House Homeland Security Committee, chaired by Representative Mark Green of Tennessee, is holding a full committee markup of legislation addressing drug trafficking and human smuggling, the Department of Homeland Security’s special events and support, and Customs and Border Protection maintenance projects and procedures at ports of entry.

The Joint Economic Committee, chaired by Senator Martin Heinrich of New Mexico, will hear testimony from witnesses on  “Made in America: The Boom in U.S. Manufacturing Investment.”

The Senate Judiciary Committee, chaired by Senator Dick Durbin of Illinois, is holding a hearing to examine combatting the youth vaping epidemic by enhancing enforcement against illegal e-cigarettes.

The Senate Finance Committee, chaired by Senator Ron Wyden of Oregon, is holding a full committee hearing on “Youth Residential Treatment Facilities: Examining Failures and Evaluating Solutions.“

  • For senators and representatives to be led by the Lord as they engage in oversight and investigations.
