Today, President Joe Biden is participating in the G7 Summit being held at the Grand Prince Hotel in Hiroshima, Japan.
The Group of Seven Nations (G7) is comprised of the United States, Japan, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Canada, and Italy. Japan is the presiding nation for 2023. This year, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will attend part of the summit at Prime Minister Kishida’s invitation.
The forum is held for the heads of state to discuss global issues, including security, economy, energy, and climate.
