President Biden’s administration has until 5 pm today to respond to the appeal from 19 states regarding the lifting of Title 42. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts issued an administrative stay after an emergency appeal was filed Monday by the states, who claim they are ill-equipped to handle the increase in border crossings should the mmigration policy, which allows the quick expulsion of migrants at the border, be lifted this week.

Today, President Joe Biden is at the White House. He will receive his intelligence briefing and hold meetings with administration officials. The president currently has no public events on his schedule for the day.

As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…

  • For the president and administration officials as they prepare a response to the appeal before the Supreme Court.
  • For discernment for the justices of the Supreme Court as they consider the case.
  • For the states’ attorneys general as they argue against lifting Title 42.
