U.S. Navy Selects First Woman Blue Angels Jet Pilot

Their new season begins in March.

The United States Navy has selected Lieutenant Amanda Lee as the first female jet pilot for the Blue Angels.

Lieutenant Lee, who is assigned to the Guardians of Strike Fighter Squadron 106, worked her way up from an aviation electronics tech. She will undergo a five-month training this fall before officially becoming one of the Blue Angels Super Hornet pilots.

The new season begins in March and there are 33 airshows scheduled thus far, including locations in both the U.S. and Canada.

As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…

  • For Secretary Del Toro to seek God’s direction as he heads the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps.
  • For Secretary Austin to be led by the Lord as he leads the Defense Department.
