President Biden Presents Presidential Rank Awards

Presented virtually to 230 winners.

On Monday, President Biden presented the 2022 Presidential Rank Awards. Through a live-streamed ceremony, the president announced that 230 individuals from 37 different federal agencies received the award this year, in recognition of their sustained extraordinary accomplishments. 1% of those nominated for the award receive the distinguished rank, and if they do, they receive a cash award of 35% of their base salary.

“The award recognizes senior executives who see opportunity in every challenge, and who inspire and empower the people who work around them,” the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) said in a news release. “A Presidential Rank Award is one of the most prestigious awards in the federal career civil service, and these awards are critical to recognizing the hard work and important contributions of dedicated civil servants in the American federal workforce.”

As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…

  • For those who won awards for their outstanding accomplishments.
  • For everyone who serves in the Executive Branch of the nation’s government.
  • For God to accomplish His purposes through the president’s administration.
