President Biden Announces Judiciary Selections

Total number of nominations reaches 11 of 78 openings.

On Thursday, President Biden announced his next round of appointees to serve in the nation’s courts. Two nominees were chosen to serve at the Western District of Washington – David Estudillo and Tana Lin. Mr. Estudillo currently serves as the judge of Grant County Superior Court in Ephrata. Tana Lin works as a lawyer at Keller Rohrback LLP, with a focus on anti-trust law.

The president also nominated Christine O’Hearn to the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. She is a partner at Brown & Connery LLP with a focus on labor and employment law. She also taught as a professor at Rutgers University School of Law. In total, President Biden has appointed 11 of the 78 judicial openings that currently exist in the nation.

As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…

  • That President Biden would seek God’s guidance as he selects individuals to serve in the judiciary.
  • That God would give the Senate wisdom as they evaluate and vote on judicial nominees.
  • For God to work out His purpose for justice in America.
