CDC Says Vaccinated Need Not Quarantine

Individuals with both vaccine doses won’t further spread the disease.

On Wednesday, the Center for Disease Control (CDC) released their latest set of guidelines related to the COVID-19 pandemic. The updated guidelines from the CDC state, “Fully vaccinated persons who meet criteria will no longer be required to quarantine following an exposure to someone with COVID-19.” The main guideline is that the individual must have received both doses of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine.

The CDC went on to clarify that if someone experiences symptoms of the virus they should still quarantine. They also requested that Americans continue to practice preventative measures including mask-wearing and social distancing. Cases in the United States are on the decline despite concerns of the virus mutations spreading.

As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…

  • That God would bring a quick end to the pandemic.
  • For the Lord to guide the CDC to provide the most up to date information to the American people.
  • That God would aid the president’s administration in mitigating the spread of the virus.
