Mail-in Ballots Ripe for Fraud says President

He supports in-person voting with identification at polls.

The mailing in of ballots has been promoted as a way to combat the spread of the coronavirus. President Donald Trump has expressed concerns about the procedure of mail-in voting increasing the likelihood of “cheating.”

On Tuesday during the daily coronavirus briefing, the president said the Supreme Court made the right decision in not changing election rules in such close proximity to an election with regard to state’s primaries. He repeated what had been previously stated, that mail-in ballots are ripe for fraud. He believes mail ballots can be corrupted, forged, or collected in mass by unscrupulous people.

President Trump said, due to the dishonesty that may surround mail-in voting, he feels in-person, day-of voting is the best way for elections to operate, with voter identification presented at the polls.

As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…

  • For the president to have wisdom on the ways to protect the accuracy of voter ballots.
  • For the 2020 election results to be accurately recorded and for the successful prevention of corruption.
