President Trump Nominates Twelve New Judges

To fill district court openings

On Tuesday the White House announced that the following individuals had been sent to the Senate for their approval:
  • Gary Brown was appointed to be a U.S. District Judge for the Eastern District of New York.
  • Stephanie Gallagher was appointed to be a U.S. District Judge for the District of Maryland.
  • Diane Gujarati was appointed to be a U.S. District Judge for the Eastern District of New York.
  • Eric Komitee was appointed to be a U.S. District Judge for the Eastern District of New York.
  • Rachel Kovner was appointed to be a U.S. District Judge for the Eastern District of New York.
  • Lewis Liman was appointed to be a U.S. District Judge for the Southern District of New York.
  • Mary McElroy was appointed to be a U.S. District Judge for the District of Rhode Island.
  • Martha Maria Pacold was appointed to be a U.S. District Judge for the Northern District of Illinois.
  • Mary Rowland was appointed to be a U.S. District Judge for the Northern District of Illinois.
  • Steven Seeger was appointed to be a U.S. District Judge for the Northern District of Illinois.
  • John Sinatra was appointed to be a U.S. District Judge for the Western District of New York
  • Mary Kay Vyskocil was appointed to be a U.S. District Judge for the Southern District of New York
    All individuals will begin their positions upon the votes of approval from the Senate.
